Fresh Boneless Sea Bream Fillets

Clean, boneless bream fillets, pale pink-white with a fine sheen and a neat line of darker flesh running along the top edge. Cut evenly, trimmed properly, and ready to go straight onto the board.

Bream is a gentle, faintly sweet fish with a light texture that does not fight you — it takes a hard sear without drying and is just as good raw. Slice it thin for sashimi and it holds its shape beautifully.

• Boneless fillets, evenly trimmed
• Pale pink-white flesh, fine and light
• Equally good seared or served raw
• Slice thin for sashimi, or pan-sear skin-side down

Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Cook thoroughly before eating.
